General Conditions of Sale (GCS) - NéoPilot

1. Preamble

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the contractual relations between the company NéoPilot , represented by Ridah Jeraied , and any natural or legal person, referred to as “the Customer”, wishing to make a purchase via the site www.neopilot.com .

The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions without reservation before placing an order.

The products offered for sale on the website www.neopilot.com are mini drones and remote-controlled cars , as well as their accessories and spare parts.

4. Order

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

The returned product must be in its original, complete, and unused condition. Products returned in a damaged or incomplete condition will not be refunded.
